Deposits are required to reserve a spot with our artist.  This is a non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule, in order for you to not lose your deposit, you must reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel, or no-show you will lose your deposit . Appointments that are rescheduled within 48 hours, your deposit will follow you to your rescheduled appointment.

Please be considerate of our artist's time, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule and you will lose half the deposit. No need to arrive early as all studio appointments start at the scheduled time.
